CLARION BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Emergency personnel responded to a fire alarm at Clarion Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on Hedrick Street early Monday morning.

According to a representative of Clarion County 9-1-1, a fire alarm was reported at Clarion Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on Hedrick Street in Clarion Borough around 4:23 a.m. on Monday, October 14.

Clarion Fire & Hose Company No. 1 responded to the scene.

The fire alarm was found to be a false alarm due to a malfunction.
