ROTTERDAM, N.Y. — A dog that was struck by a car in Albany managed to survive a 45-minute drive trapped inside the vehicle’s bumper and front grille.
According to police, the woman who struck the dog realized she’d struck something, but didn’t see anything but some minor damage to her vehicle when she got out to check.
The dog wasn’t discovered until she traveled 45 minutes to Rotterdam.
