LONGVIEW, Texas — Officials in Texas are on the lookout for an exotic white fallow deer that has been seen running through a residential neighborhood.

The deer, a species native to Eurasia, is white with a antlers very similar to those of a reindeer.

Authorities hope to be able to tranquilize and relocate the animal, which they believe may have escaped from a ranch specializing in exotic game.
