State Police Calls: Harassment, Assault

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Beaver Township

Clarion-based State Police are investigating allegations of child abuse involving a seven-year-old male child and the child’s nurse that occurred around 10:25 a.m. on November 1, at a location on Huston Avenue in Beaver Township.

The investigation is ongoing.

Assault in St. Petersburg Borough

Around 1:05 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, Clarion-based State Police received a call regarding a domestic incident in progress at a residence on Emlenton Road in St. Petersburg Borough.

According to police, through investigation it was determined a 24-year-old Knox woman and a 34-year-old St. Petersburg man engaged in a verbal arguments on Wednesday, November 13, and Thursday, November 14, which turned into physical altercations.

Police say both individuals suffered bodily injuries, and both were arrested for domestic violence.

They were both arraigned in District Court 18-3-03 and were released on unsecured bail.
