Rocky Road Freezer Pie
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
1 — 3.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 — 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 — 9-inch graham cracker crust
Miniature marshmallows, chopped pecans, and chocolate sauce
Directions
~In a large bowl, whisk cream and pudding mix for two minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and pecans. Transfer to pie crust.
~Freeze until firm, about six hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Top with miniature marshmallows, chopped pecans, and chocolate sauce.
