Thumbnail (3)Debra Coon, 59, of Oil City, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at The Collins House in Franklin, following an extended illness.

Born November 1, 1960 in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late William S. and Edith A. (Baker) Beach; her mother survives her.

For most of her life, Debra worked as a RSA for Polk Center, until her health forced her into an earlier retirement.

In her spare time, Debra enjoyed spending the holidays with her family, tanning on the beach, and watching movies.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Edith A. Beach; her son, Daniel Fischer and his wife, Stephanie, of Cooperstown; her daughter, Sherri Lynn Beach and her significant other, Clinton Craig, of Oil City; her three grandchildren, Heather Lynn Beach, Isaac Fischer, and Gracie Fischer; her great-grandson, John Beach; and by her two brothers, Jeff Beach and his wife, Darla, of Erie, and William Beach, Jr. and is wife, Cindy, of Ohio.

In addition to her father, Debra was preceded in death by her son, John Coon, Jr.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323, from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Funeral services for Debra will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 beginning at 4 pm.

Debra will be laid to rest in Center Cemetery.
