TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) — Mrs. Jordan’s Pre-K students at North Clarion Elementary School recently collected items to send in care packages for troops overseas.

As part of a service project, the students collected items to make care packages to be sent overseas for active service men and women.

The Pre-K class collected over 236 items including snacks, coffee, toiletries, and candy.

The students will be assembling the packages soon and look forward to mailing them out, according to Mrs. Jordan.
