Mary K. (Lauer) Beichner Age 95, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Shippenville, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019.

Born on February 17, 1924 she was the daughter of the later Maurice J. and Julia I. Meehan Lauer.

On October 17, 1945 she was married to Leo Beichner who preceded her in death on May 28m, 1993. Mary was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg and a resident of Shippenville until moving to Brookline, Pittsburgh in 1951. While in Pittsburgh she was a member of the Resurrection Church in Brookline.

She is survived by a son Leo F. (Audrey) Beichner Jr. and she was a devoted grandmother of Patrick Beichner and Timothy Beichner; also survived by nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leo and her daughters Mary Ann Cuda and Kathleen R. Beichner; brothers Francis Lauer and M. Andrew Lauer.

Family and friends are welcomed at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home, 216 44th Street, Lawrenceville, on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 2-8 p.m. There will also be visitation under the direction of the FALLER FUNERAL HOME, on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at St. Michael Church, 18765 PA-208, Fryburg, PA 16326 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Joseph Czarkowski presiding.
