Police Release Details of Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 68

MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police have released the details of a crash that occurred in Monroe Township in late November.

According to Clarion-based State Police, around 5:15 p.m. on November 30, a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of State Route 68 and Hotel Drive in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

Police say a 2020 Dodge Journey, operated by 71-year-old Charles C. White, of Tiverton, Rhode Island, and a 2008 Chevrolet HHR, operated by 18-year-old Nathan A. Kline, were both traveling west, in separate lanes, when White attempted to make a left turn and struck the right front corner of Kline’s vehicle.

White and Kline were both using seat belts, and no injures were reported.

White was charged with a traffic violation.
