State Police Investigating Clarion County Veterinarian
A Clarion County veterinarian is being investigated for practicing with a suspended license.
According to The Post-Gazette, State Police in Pennsylvania are investigating Dr. Norman E. Smith, owner of Veterinary Associates in Shippenville, PA, for allegedly practicing with a suspended license.
On Friday, state police and PA Dept of State officials executed a search warrant at Veterinary Associates, 155 McClain-Watson Road, Shippenville PA.
According information gathered from the PA Dept of State website, Dr. Smith’s license has been suspended since February 12, 2009. The website also states that “Disciplinary action or corrective action history exists.”
The website did not contain any further details in relation to the suspension of Smith’s veterinary license.
