Seneca Resources Corporation is looking for a “Specialist, Inventory” at its East Division office in Brookville, PA.

Seneca Resources Corporation, the oil & gas exploration and production subsidiary of National Fuel Gas Company (NYSE: NFG), is currently seeking a Specialist, Inventory at its East Division office in Brookville, PA.

The Specialist, Inventory will serve as an integral member of the Procurement team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

• Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain stocking levels

• Coordinate with stocking locations to assure accurate and timely receipt of shipping and receiving documents
• Liaise with accounting to assure inventory is accurately posted to general ledger and assist with any discrepancies
• Work with Supervisor, Materials Management to develop metrics for inventory as a percent of related spend
• Perform physical counts as is necessary and coordinate stocking location counts with accounting and audit personnel
• Handle all equipment transportation needs (other than rig moves)
• Pipe transportation back-up
• Verify and approve transportation invoices
• Develop transportation data base, price lists and establish transportation cost reports
• Prepare regular reports on location of Assets
• Continue to maintain Asset information for East Division
• Oversee the maintenance/inspection of all Special Use Vehicles(Gas Busters, Frac Tanks and Mobile Towers)
• Purchase vehicles for East and West Divisions
• Maintain vehicle information and parameters for vehicle maintenance and replacements
• Manage East fuel cards, including developing rules for fuel card use, providing usage reports on a monthly basis, and conducting market research for lower cost fuel suppliers
• Sell or dispose of all non-warehouse surplus or scrap equipment and materials
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
• Continuous evaluation of opportunities to improve fleet management
• Continue to look for and analyze better Logistics opportunities
• Warehouse back-up which will necessitate being available on a rotating schedule during evenings and weekends

This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. Candidates with at least two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Materials Management, or oil and gas exploration and production is a plus. Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of the procurement, inventory and accounting process and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The successful candidate also needs the ability to plan and achieve results while effectively managing multiple priorities. Candidate must demonstrate effective negotiation, strong planning, communication and project coordination skills.

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
