YancoskiePITTSBURGH, Pa. (EYT) – Police have confirmed that a body found in Pittsburgh has been identified as 35-year-old Ronald Yancoskie, a former Clarion University student.

According to WPXI, Dormont Police issued a release earlier in the day seeking the public’s help in finding Yancoskie.

Police say Yancoskie had last been seen in downtown Pittsburgh on Wednesday evening.

Yancoskie’s wife, Jessica, also a Clarion University graduate, told WPXI that her husband attended the Pirates game on Wednesday afternoon and later went to dinner with colleagues at a downtown Pittsburgh restaurant.

Police confirmed that a body found Thursday afternoon at Station Square has been identified as Yancoskie.

No further details are available at this time.
