Four Arrested in Rimersburg Meth Lab Bust

mugsCLARION, Pa. – After a month’s long investigation, four people have been taken into custody for their participation in a Criminal Conspiracy to Manufacture and Distribute methamphetamine, according to Clarion County District Attorney Mark Aaron.

According to a release from Aaron’s office, arrested at 20 Best Road in Rimersburg were 52-year old Terry Lee McIntyre of Rimersburg, 33-year old Derick W. Fowler of Rimersburg, 26-year old Kayla Ann Dunlap of Parker, and 35-year old Chrystal Suzanne Best of Rimersburg.

“The investigation is on-going and more arrests are anticipated,” the release continues.

The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey Miller’s office:

Terry McIntyre

  • Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Possession Red Phosphorus, etc w/ Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance, Felony
  • Operating a methamphetamine lab, Felony 2
  • Manufacture of Methamphetamine – Child Present, Felony 3
  • Knowingly possessing ephedrine, Misdemeanor
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2

Unable to post $100,000.00 monetary bail, McIntyre was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.

Derick Fowler

  • Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Possession Red Phosphorus, etc w/Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance, Felony
  • Manufacture of Methamphetamine – Child Present, Felony 3
  • Knowingly possessing ephedrine, Misdemeanor
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2

Unable to post $50,000.00 monetary bail, Fowler was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.

Kayla Dunlap

  • Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Possession Red Phosphorus, etc w/Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substances, Felony
  • Manufacture of Methamphetamine – Child Present, Felony 3
  • Knowingly possessing ephedrine, Misdemeanor
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2

Unable to post $50,000.00 bail, Dunlap was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.

Chrystal Best

  • Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Knowingly possessing ephedrine, Misdemeanor

Best’s bail, which was set at $5,000.00 monetary, was posted by Liberty Bail Bonds.

Preliminary hearings for all four individuals have been scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on March 22, in front of Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller.
