Letter to the Editor: Law Enforcement Leader, Scott Andreassi, Calls Aaron “Tireless Advocate for Victims”

As a former District Attorney, I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with District Attorney Mark Aaron for more than twenty years.

During that time, I have watched Mark be a pro-active, victim and community oriented District Attorney, who’s first and only concern has been the safety and welfare of the citizens of Clarion County. It is these qualities that Mark will take to the bench if elected as the next Clarion County Judge.

As DA, Mark has been a tireless advocate on behalf of all victims, especially those most vulnerable – our elderly and children. Meeting the epidemic of opioids that have ravaged our communities, Mark has made the fight against drugs a hallmark of his tenure. By creating CNET (the Clarion Narcotics Enforcement Team), Mark has made it clear that drugs have no place in our communities and will be dealt with harshly. His tough stand on these issues has made a difference. As Judge, Mark will continue to make a difference.

I urge all of you to vote on May 21, and I encourage you to vote for Mark Aaron as the next Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Clarion County. His qualifications, experience and commitment to justice are unequaled. Your vote – and Mark Aaron on the bench – will make Clarion County a better place for all.

—Scott Andreassi
Former District Attorney, Armstrong County
