Q&A With Garrah Milochik

D9Sports: What is your favorite sport to participate in and why?
GM: Softball, whether it’s travel or high school the game has taught me so much about myself and who I want to be when I’m older.

D9Sports: What is your favorite memory, moment, game from playing high school sports?
GM: The adrenaline during the game played at Cranberry. The rush was so surreal and the bond it allowed the team to make was unbelievable. That game will forever be my favorite.

D9Sports: Why do you play high school sports?
GM: Playing high school sports allows the creation of so many memories with friends that you’ll never forget.

D9Sports: Who has had the most influence on your athletic career and why?
GM: David Roy Bupp. This man was the most influential person that anyone would love to have in their life. I was blessed to have him in mine. He sadly passed away but I know he will always cheer me on. He pushed me to be the kid I am today and taught me to play softball with heart and soul. He really brought out the best in me. I’ll forever miss him.

D9Sports: If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be and why?
GM: The timeline of the actually season games. I would love to play more games with my best friends.

D9Sports: If you could be president for a day, what would be the one major thing you would do?
GM: Buy a whole bunch of dogs.

D9Sports: What is your ideal place to live? County, City, Suburb? Why?
GM: Definitely the country. The views are amazing and it’s peaceful here.

D9Sports: What would someone who doesn’t know you be surprised to find out about you?
GM: My insane love for Thomas Rhett

D9Sports: What is your strongest subject in school?
GM: Probably math or history.

D9Sports: If there was one period in history or one event in history you could go back to, what would it be?
GM: I’m not too sure.

D9Sports: What question do you wish I would have asked you? And what is the answer to it?
GM: How your school views the sport you play in. Many of you don’t know that Gremlin Softball is played on our football field. Teachers and staff enjoy having us so close whereas the students that do not play hate it. Or they say we shouldn’t play on it.
