State Police Calls: Dog Law Violation, DUI Drugs, Sex Abuse Child Photo/Video

CLARION/FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) — Local state police responded to the following calls:

Dog Law Violation in Jenks Township

On April 20, Marienville-based State Police responded to a residence on Guitonville Road, in Jenks Township, Forest County, to investigate a dog bite incident.

After an investigation, 55-year-old Susan Guzik, of Marienville, was cited through District Court 37-4-03.

The victim is a 27-year-old Oil City man.

DUI Drug Arrest in Beaver Township

Clarion-based State Police responded to a residence on Huston Avenue, in Beaver Township, Clarion County, on April 21, around 4:58 p.m., for a welfare check. 

Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 32-year-old Clarion woman, the operator of a 2012 Dodge Chrysler, was under the influence of a combination of drugs and subsequently arrested for DUI.

Incident of Sex Abuse Child Photo/Video in Strattanville

PSP Clarion are investigating an incident involving unlawful communication between a 45-year-old male and an unknown underage female.

State Police list the incident as Sex Abuse Child Photo/Video.

The incident occurred sometime between March 18, 2022, and April 2, 2022, at a residence on Main Street in Strattanville Borough, Clarion County.

The investigation is continuing.
