In search of a positive, self-motivated insurance office representative, (approximately 32-37.5 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will need to be well organized, driven to provide excellent customer service and must enjoy working with others in a team environment. This office offers a full array of insurance products and services such as Auto, Home, Life and Disability Insurance. To sell and service these products offered through the office, the candidate will be required to their obtain property and casualty insurance license and later their life and health insurance license. The office will assist the candidate in securing these licenses.

A list of essential job functions is listed below:

• Providing excellent Sales and Customer service in a positive work environment.
• Completing product applications and service changes.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Taking insurance premiums while assisting clients in understanding the products they have through this office.
• Setting electronic follow-ups for service changes to ensure they are processed and completed in a timely manner.
• Being able to handle general office related duties as it pertains to managing supplies, updating clients’ electronic records, and following up with underwriters and claim representatives when required to do so.

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
