BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A Brockway woman was arrested in connection with a January 11 burglary at Tonell’s Jewelry on Main Street in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, $10,000.00 in rings were stolen from Tonell’s Jewelry.

Police say it is alleged that 24-year-old Michele Garvey of Brockway occupied the owner of the store while 22-year-old Kevin Alan Bundy, also of Brockway, proceeded to open the display case and take 35 rings.

According to police, the perpetrators left together.

Also involved in this case are the DuBois City and Sandy Township Police.

Garvey has since been arrested by Sandy Township Police and is incarcerated.
