Anna Theresa Phillips

ScanAnna Theresa Phillips, 65, of Clarion, passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018, at the Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on November 17, 1952, in Oil City; daughter of the late Dominic and Delphine Maltioni Phillips.

Anna worked as a meter maid and crossing guard in the Clarion Borough. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarion where she was an usher and a member of the Ladies Guild.

Anna loved to watch sports of all kinds on TV and was an avid Steelers fan. She also loved music, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Anna is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Anna’s family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarion, where Mass of Christian Burial will follow in the Church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Samuel Bungo, pastor of the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church in Crates. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and their staff for the wonderful care and an extra thanks to the V.N.A. Hospice.
