TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) — “Battle of the Burgers” is heating up and Explore will be taking a closer look at each burger in the annual competition. Today, we will be focusing on The Seldom Inn’s Seldom Stryker Burger.

The Burger: Bourbon Bacon Burger
The Restaurant: The Seldom InnLocation: 255 Route 36, Tionesta, Pa.
About the Burger: The Seldom Stryker Burger is a bourbon pulled-pork stuffed burger topped with roasted red peppers, bacon, pepper jack cheese with beer battered shrimp.

Twelve restaurants within Clarion, Forest, and Jefferson Counties are participating in the competition.

The public is encouraged to visit participating restaurants to try each burger. Customers can then cast their votes at the restaurants’ designated “Battle of the Burgers” ballot boxes. Ask your servers for additional details.

All voters will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium tickets and various gift certificates to local restaurants.

The “Battle of the Burgers” Final Competition will be televised April 10 on exploreClarion.com, exploreJeffersonPA.com, and exploreVenango.com.

During the Final Competition, restaurants will compete and winners will be chosen in various categories but only one restaurant will be crowned as the champion of the 2019 Explore “Battle of the Burgers.”
