PINEGROVE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are investigating the death of a 28-year-old Oil City man.

Authorities say the man was found at an undisclosed location in Pinegrove Twp., Venango County, on Wednesday evening.

It’s unclear exactly when the man died.

“At this point in the investigation, the death does NOT appear suspicious in nature,” said Tpr. Swatzler in a public information release issued late Wednesday evening.

The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of family members.

The investigation is ongoing.
