5836089d37f37-2Jerry E. Buck, 43, of Oil City, died at 5:25 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the Shippenville Health and Rehab Center.

He was born in Oil City on December 2, 1972 to the late Foster Leroy and Linda L. (Sanner) Buck.

Jerry graduated from Cranberry High School and studied auto-body at the Vo-Tech.

In his earlier years, he attended Faith Baptist Church in Seneca.

Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Buck previously had worked at Riddle Brothers Auto Body in Franklin, and also at Penn Fencing.

He is survived by his daughter, Brittney Hepler of Oil City; two grandchildren, Haylie and Kendall Hepler; two brothers, John Buck and his significant other, Robin Hutchinson of Rouseville , and Jamey Buck of Oil City; and two nephews, Michael and Randy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Buck.

A memorial service will be held Sunday (Nov. 27th) at 4 p.m. in the Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township. Rev. Larry Williams, pastor of Faith Baptist Church will officiate.

Private interment will be in Brandon Cemetery at a later date.
