State Police Calls: Criminal Mischief, DUI

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Criminal Mischief in Foxburg Borough

An incident of criminal mischief occurred on Railroad Street, in Foxburg Borough.

Police say an unknown perpetrator(s) damaged a 23-year-old Foxburg man’s vehicle and fled in an unknown direction.

The crime occurred sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on December 6.

DUI in Monroe Township

A DUI arrest was made on State Route 68, in Monroe Township.

Around 2:06 a.m. on December 11, a known, 21-year-old Lawton, Oklahoma man was stopped for a traffic violation.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

DUI charges in District Court 18-3-02 are pending lab results.
