UPDATE: Jefferson County Woman Allegedly Threatens to Kill Man in Stabbing Incident

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) — A Jefferson County woman is in jail after allegedly threatening to kill a man in a stabbing incident at a residence in Eldred Township, Jefferson County.

According to court documents, Marienville-based State Police filed criminal charges against 25-year-old Heather Michelle Six, of Brookville.

According to a criminal complaint, around 10:10 p.m. on December 15, an argument ensued between Heather Michelle Six and a male victim at a residence on John Deere Lane, in Brookville, Eldred Township.

The complaint states that Six retreated to an upstairs bedroom. The victim and other members in the residence continued to engage in a verbal altercation that resumed downstairs near the entrance to the bathroom.

The victim told police that “Six had a knife in her hand while standing near the entrance to the bathroom,” the complaint continues.

“According to the victim, Six yelled, ‘Stay away from me, or I’ll kill you,'” the complaint states.

Six and the victim then allegedly had physical contact, and during the course of the struggle, the victim suffered a minor puncture wound to the left forearm, according to the complaint.

Six was arraigned at 9:00 a.m. on December 16 in front of Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak on the following charges:

– Aggravated Assault, Felony 2
– Terroristic Threats W/ Int To Terrorize Another, Misdemeanor 1
– Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
– Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2

Unable to post $10,000.00 (10%) monetary bail, she was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on December 28 with Judge Bazylak presiding.
