Drug Smuggling Charges Keep Piling Up for Lucinda Man

PAINT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Legal woes continue for a Lucinda man accused of consipiring to smuggle drugs into the Clarion County Jail for the second time in less than a month.

The arrest of Gregory W. Bloom, 52, is part of an ongoing investigation being conducted by Clarion-based State Police Tpr. William H. Craddock and Clarion County Chief Detective William H. Peck IV.

The investigation, which was initiated in mid-November, involves known individuals smuggling controlled substances and contraband into the Clarion County Jail. In late November,
