Kentucky Fugitive Apprehended in Clarion County

BEAVER TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police apprehended a Kentucky fugitive January 9 in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

Clarion-based State Police Tpr. Huffman says John Henry Love, 40, of Gallatin, Tennesse, was stopped for an inspection around 12:05 a.m. at the weigh station near Interstate 80 mile marker 56.3.

Love was identified and found to be a fugitive from justice who was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Kentucky.

He was taken into custody and later arraigned at Magisterial District Judge Amy Long Turk’s office on a felony charge of Arrest Prior to Requisition.

Love was placed in the Clarion County Jail where he remains while awaiting extradition.

Bail was set at $50,000 monetary.
