State Police Seeking Information on Hit and Run in Washington Township

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a hit and run accident occurred last night on Lake Lucy Road, in Washington Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 8:32 p.m., an unidentified vehicle was traveling south on Lake Lucy Road, south of East Hershberger Road. The vehicle struck a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse driven by 34-year-old Kaycee R. Carulli, of Tionesta.

The unidentified vehicle left the scene traveling south on Lake Lucy Road.

Carulli was using a seat belt and a child passenger was in a child safety seat; no injuries were reported.

The vehicle is described as a small, silver sedan with a broken tail light and moderate driver’s side rear end damage, according to police.
