CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Registration is now open for Trolls Ballet Camp at Dancer’s Studio.

The event is from June 26 to June 29.
The cost is $75.00.
Kids love to imagine and play, so what better way to introduce children to the elements of dance and some basic ballet technique than through the fun of imagining. Dancer’s Studio has flitted through a fairy garden, kicked it up as cowgirls, and flown to the second star to the right and straight on till morning. This year join Dancer’s Studio as they march to the beat in their own Troll village.
Through interactive creative movement activities, kids will learn the elements of dance that include things like the concept of space, time, and body, and learn important building blocks of ballet such as feet and arm positions and some basic steps they’ll use throughout their dance education.
Every day the students will follow a theme that the creative movement games and crafts are focused around to reinforce the skills and elements they are working on. At the end of the week, the kids have a short show and tell of these creative movement exercises that they had a hand in.
The times are as follows:
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for ages 2.5 to 4 years
10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for ages 2.5 to 4 years (session full)
12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for ages 5 to 6 years
The cost includes a t-shirt, snacks, and crafts.
