State Police Issue Sexual Offender Notice in Shippenville

ELK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police have released a Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a Tier 3 sex offender has reported a residence in Shippenville, Elk Township, Clarion County.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, 27-year-old Richard James Marzullo has reported a residence at 3653 Soap Fat Road, Shippenville, Elk Township, Clarion County.

Richard is 6’0″ tall, 161 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He has a cross tattoo on his right leg.

According to the PA State Police Megan’s Law Public Record, Marzullo was convicted on January 15, 2010, of Indecent Assault of a Minor.

His Megan’s Law Registration began on April 15, 2011.

It was last updated on June 16, 2017.

Marzullo is NOT wanted by the police.

He is listed as a Tier 3 sexual offender.

A lifetime registration is required for Tier 3 offenders.
