State Police Seeking Information on Log Splitter Stolen from Emlenton Man’s Yard

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police say on Saturday a theft occurred on Emlenton-Clintonville Road, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

Franklin-based State Police say this crime occurred as an unknown perpetrator(s) took a log splitter that was in a yard located at 5489 Emlenton-Clintonville Road.

The victim, a 67-year-old Emlenton man, last used the log splitter on Saturday, July 8, 2017.

The theft occurred sometime between 2:30 p.m. on July 8 and 7:00 a.m. on July 9.

The log splitter is described as a red 22-ton Huskee log splitter, model # 21-5343.
