NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Clarion track & field team has been honored as a United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team, according to an official release. In addition, Tatiana Cloud was among the athletes named an All-Academic Individual on the list.

This year, there were 191 track & field teams honored by the USTFCCCA for their academics, including 115 women’s teams. The Golden Eagles recorded an impressive cumulative GPA of 3.481 to take home the All-Academic Team honor.
To qualify for a USTFCCCA individual All-Academic honor, a student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or better and have reached a provisional or automatic qualifying standard for the NCAA Championships in either the indoor or outdoor season. Cloud is a multiple-time Clarion Scholar-Athlete and PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
