Deborah Ann (Winger) Voit

VoitDeborah Ann (Winger) Voit, 60, of 141 River St. Oil City, won her battle against breast cancer at 3:35 P.M. Thursday, August 17, 2017, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 10, 1957, in Long Beach, California, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Jane Rhodes Winger.

Deborah was a graduate of Oil City High School.

On May 14, 1975, she married Mark E. Voit at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Siverly, he preceded her in death.

She worked many years as a call representative for Blair, in which she cherished all the relationships with her co-workers.

Deborah enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. She also enjoyed studying online, reading, watching her tv shows, shopping, making crafts, traveling, cleaning, and going out for lunch with her sister in-laws Carol, Susie, and Kathy.

She was a member of the V.F.W. and attended Our Lady Help of Christians Church.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Carrie Voit-Hovis (David) of Oil City, Staci DeLoe (Edward H.) of Seneca, and Brittney Collins (Graham) of Verona, PA.; grandchildren Elaine Voit-Hovis, Franklin, and Elizabeth Hovis; Ivan, Kody, and Carter DeLoe; and Kennedy Collins.

Also Surviving are her siblings David Winger of Oil City, Kathy O’Connor and husband Thomas of Neiltown, Mark Winger and wife Ann of Oil City, Daniel Winger and Linda Glass of Oil City, Colleen Fento and husband Steve of Oil City, Patrick Winger and wife Donna of Oil City, Bruce Winger and wife Lisa of Oil City, Paul Winger III and wife Patti of Oil City, and Cheryl Faulk and husband William of Oil City. A family friend Michael “Clutch” Allison. Also, several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents Jane and Paul, she is preceded in death by her sister Patricia Winger and nephew Paul Winger IV.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady Help of Christians Church. Mass will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Father John Miller pastor, presiding.
