* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of one tenth to two-tenths of an inch are expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest, west central and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Friday to 10 AM EST Saturday.
