Clarion Area Takes Six to PMEA District Three Band Festival in Kittanning

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion Area High School was proudly represented by six of its dedicated musicians at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 3 Band Festival held January 11-12 at Armstrong High School in Kittanning.
