Kristy’s Tips for the Week:
Don’t be fooled — pay attention to the Fat-Free, 1/2 the Fat, and Light items. Sometimes what is marketed as the healthier option is not always the case — two main reasons.
1.) If you took the fat out, and the item still exists…what did you put in it??? Hmmm. Interesting thought. It’s still substance, and it still has flavor (some of it-ha-ha), so what is it? Check that ingredients list. When you can’t even pronounce half of it that may be a sign!
2.) Very often, people tend to use twice as much of something to acquire the satisfaction of desiring the full-fat item. So in the end, you were likely better off using less of the original item, without all the chemicals, etc.
