SPONSORED: Clarion Christian School Welcomes New Administrator, Announces Kindergarten & Pre-K Registration Night

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — The Clarion Christian School recently welcomed B.J. Wrhen as the new administrator to help provide direction and leadership to an already thriving Christian school environment.

Mr. Wrhen has an extensive background when it comes to working with children; he has worked in the juvenile justice field for over 16 years, the last 2 ½ years in directorship roles. Mr. Wrhen and his wife Meagan have also been foster parents with Clarion County Children and Youth Services for 4 years.

“I am extremely excited to be a part of such an incredible opportunity for the children of our communities. This school provides an option to parents that allows their children to grow not only educationally, but also provides their child with a sound biblical base,” said Wrhen,

“Our teachers, Ce Ce Henry and Judi Kemp, are amazing teachers. Both of these ladies have over 20 years of experience working with kids and are excellent at teaching God’s word to the students. We are praying for growth this coming year. We will be offering Pre-k through 4th grade next year. This year has been great, and so far, we have been receiving a lot of interest for next year. It’s hard your first year, but I feel like our name is starting to get out there a bit more, and the families who are with us now are talking to friends, who talk to friends. Also, the support of all of our local churches has been amazing. I can’t wait to see what God has planned for this school.”

The children at the school have had a tremendous year this year. The teachers are very good at coming up with hands on activities and projects to go along with almost every lesson. The children have also gone on field trips to Paul’s Pumpkin Patch in the fall and will be taking a trip to the zoo this spring.

The students love when Ms. Jean from the Clarion Free Library comes to do special library with them once a month. They also enjoy having Pastors from local churches come in to do the school’s chapel time with them.

Clarion Christian School is a Christ-centered school whose mission is to equip students, by partnering with parents, to become the next generation of Godly leaders through Biblical and academic excellence, training these students to become good citizens that impact the world by living and serving the one true God.

Clarion Christian School also announced that they will be holding kindergarten and Pre-K registration for the upcoming school year on Monday, March 5th at 6:30 p.m.

Registration will be held at the Clarion Christian School (Cornerstone Church Education Wing) in Shippenville. Pre-K is open to students ages three to four, and kindergarteners will need to turn five before September 1st.
