Keystone Hosting Women’s and Men’s Alumni Hoops Games Friday, April 27

KNOX, Pa. (D9Sports) — Keystone High School will be hosting a pair of alumni basketball games Friday night, April 27, with proceeds of the games benefiting a local woman undergoing cancer treatment.

The women’s game will be at 6:30 p.m. followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m. The games will feature Keystone High School alumni basketball players who graduated in 2008 or earlier.

The event is being put on by the Keystone High School Clarion County Youth Council with support from the Mrs. Clause Club of Knox, the Keystone High School National Honor Society, the Keystone High School Student Council and a variety of Keystone School District staff, parents and students.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with admission costing $4 for adults and $3 for students. There will be a bake sale with many homemade treats, a Chinese Auction with prizes for all ages, a concession stand featuring all your typical basketball game foods including popcorn, walking tacos and nachos as well as a 50-50 raffle and a 3-point shooting contest. The Keystone High School Select Ensemble will sing the National Anthem.
