CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Young professionals are the target of CLIC, the Clarion Leadership & Innovation Connection.

CLIC is a program to foster connections between professionals under the age of 40 in the Clarion Area.

Jocelyn Dechant and Miranda Spessard outlined the year-old program to the Clarion Rotary Club on Monday.
