State Police Calls: Man Found Dead in Clarion Township

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Local state police responded to the following calls:

Death Investigation in Clarion Township

Clarion-based State Police are conducting an investigation into the death of a known 43-year-old man at his residence in Clarion Township on Saturday, April 21, 2018.

The investigation is continuing, pending the results of an autopsy.

Theft in Monroe Township

According to Clarion-based State Police, sometime between October 3, 2016, and April 12, 2018, an unknown individual stole a sharpening wheel (white in color and approximately three feet in diameter), a miter saw, two hand saws, and an electrical test kit from a residence located on Tin Town Road in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

DUI Crash in Clarion Township

Clarion-based State Police are investigating a suspected DUI crash that occurred at 8:04 p.m. on Friday, March 30, near Palo in Clarion Township.

Theft in Farmington Township

According to Marienville-based State Police, sometime between 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 22, an unknown individual or individuals removed a black 2009 Forest River 5×8 Utility Trailer from a location along State Route 36 in Farmington Township.

An unknown four-door red pickup truck was seen leaving the above location with the trailer heading north on Route 36.

This investigation is ongoing.
