Serve this savory dish with a side salad!

Crustless Chicken Quiche

Ingredients

1 large sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cubed cooked rotisserie chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

~In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook one minute longer.

~In a large bowl, combine eggs and cream. Stir in the chicken, cheese, bacon, and onion mixture. Pour into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate.

~Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes (or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean).

~Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

~Makes six servings.
