(EYT) — Clarion-based State Police are investigating an alleged rape that occurred earlier this year in Elk Township, Clarion County. Trooper Hotchkiss, of PSP Clarion, is conducting an investigation into a report to Clarion County Children and Youth Services (CYS) of an alleged rape that occurred in the area of Buckhorn Road, in Elk Township. The incident occurred sometime between April 1, 2018, and May 18, 2018. Police say the victim is a known, 17-year-old female, and the suspect is a known, 18-year-old male.
