State Police Calls: Criminal Mischief, Theft, Criminal Trespass

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Criminal Mischief in Toby Township

According to police, on Tuesday, August 28, a known 42-year-old Reynoldsville man intentionally drove his vehicle off the road, hitting a culvert and damaging a 15-inch pipe belonging to Toby Township. The man then fled the scene.

One charge of criminal mischief was filed against the man.

The man’s name was not released.

The investigation is ongoing.

Theft in Shippenville

Clarion-based State Police are investigating the theft of a firearm that occurred on an unknown date at a location in Shippenville.

Criminal Trespass in Clarion Borough

Clarion-based State Police is investigating an incident of criminal trespass that occurred on Sunday, September 2, in Clarion Borough.
