Coconut Cranberry Bars
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups white baking chips
1-1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 — 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pecan halves
Directions
~Preheat oven to 350°.
~Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly; press onto bottom of a greased 13×9-in. baking pan.
~In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients; spread gently over crust.
~Bake until edges are golden brown, 25 to 28 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
~Makes three dozen bars.
