Jesse-Wisner-1546259221Jesse Mac Wisner, 45, of Polk, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 28, 2018, from a heart attack.

Jesse was born to Thomas Lee Wisner and Debra Sue Renninger Norcross at Frankfurt Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany, on September 10, 1973.

Jesse was a graduate of Franklin High School and was a notable athlete in his youth, participating in wrestling and baseball, among other sports.

Throughout his life Jesse enjoyed the outdoors. Camping, canoeing, hunting, and fishing were among his favorite activities.

He also liked anything fast. Cars, motorcycles, boats–you name it.

Jesse might best be remembered for his fondness for a cold beer and a good political debate.

You could often find him enjoying both at a local establishment such as the Franklin VFW or The Office.

Jesse loved his country and was a veteran, having served in the Navy.

He had an incredible mechanical aptitude and ability to work on and fix anything mechanical.

Jesse spent his adult life working as a CNC machinist and programmer at various machine shops in the area, most notably Harrington Machine and most recently Hards Welding and Fabricating.

He put his mechanical skills to use countless times helping family, friends, and even strangers with automotive or household repairs.

Jesse was always willing to lend a hand or a kind word.

Aside from his parents, Jesse leaves behind brothers Tom Wisner, Michael Wisner, and Aaron Norcross; maternal grandmother Shirley Renninger; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Preceding Jesse in death were his beloved stepmother Nancy Wisner, his maternal grandfather, Robert Renninger and both paternal grandparents George and Juanita Wisner.
