McKinley and his wife Gail of El Paso, TX; three sisters-in-law, Miriam Felmlee Dunn Storch, Joyce Felmlee Meade, and Patsy Bickel Felmlee; two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Felmlee and Thomas Felmlee and his wife Marilyn; and several nieces and nephews.
