EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) — A local woman was charged after she allegedly fled the scene of an accident in Emlenton over the weekend.

Franklin-based State Police said Sheila A. Wiley, 50, of Franklin, was traveling west on Main Street Saturday around 1:00 p.m when she allegedly side-swiped a legally parked 2009 GMC Sierra.

Police said Wiley fled the scene in her 2008 Chevrolet Silverado and was found in the City of Franklin later that night.

Wiley was cited for a violation of PA Vehicle Code 3745A — Accidents Involving Damage to an Unattended Vehicle.
