The County of Venango is currently accepting applications for a full-time Human Resources Director.

Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resource or business administration management or a related field or demonstrated equivalent in formal education and experience. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Computer training required. Three or more years as a Human Resource Director or Manager or equivalent position, of which one year preferably in the public sector. Experience working with labor union, governmental organizations, and diverse work force groups.
