State Police Seeking Information on Franklin Woman Accused in Walmart Retail Theft

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are asking the public for help in locating a Franklin woman allegedly involved in a retail theft at Walmart.

This incident occurred as Stephanie King (pictured above) entered Walmart located at 10 Kimberly Lane, in Cranberry Township, Venango County, around 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6.

According to Trooper Cirell, of Franklin-based State Police, King proceeded to attempt to take numerous items that were for sale in Walmart.

After being confronted by Loss Prevention employees, King fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Charges were filed on King for Retail Theft.

This investigation is ongoing.
