Building Supervisors:  Part-time

The YMCA is hiring part-time Building Supervisors to work evenings and weekends, 14-20 hours per week.

As a Building Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to provide a positive member and program participant experience. You will offer quality service, promote healthy living, and build relationships with the members of the Y.  The Building Supervisors are responsible for answering member questions, circulating the building and monitoring activities.

Membership Staff:  Part-time

The YMCA is hiring part-time Membership Representatives with flexible schedules to work days, evenings and weekends.

Membership Representatives provide a positive member experience along with excellent customer service while promoting healthy living and building relationships with the members of the Y.  Staff on the membership team are responsible for answering member questions in-person and on the phone, processing payments, and working under pressure with a positive personality.

Daytime and Evening Lifeguards & Swim Lesson Instructors — Part-time

Lifeguards and Swim Lesson Instructors are needed for day (especially 10 am — 2 pm shift) and evening shifts at the Clarion County YMCA. Lifeguard training is available in late September if needed. The YMCA is hiring dependable Housekeeping Staff to fill part-time positions at night and on weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
