YOUTH PROGRAMS
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT
Enjoy a NIGHT with your FAMILY at the Y. Popcorn will be provided. Bring a blanket, pillow or a lawn chair to the YMCA Multipurpose Room. FREE/Members. Non-members can purchase a Y Guest Pass: $5/Youth, $10 Adult or $15 per Family.

- Friday, February 7 @ 6:30 pm — Toy Story 4
STRONG TEENS PROGRAM—January/February
Four week activity based program for teens age 12-15. Teens will work with personal trainer Chelsey Shaner to gain speed, increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Emphasis is on correct technique, appropriate exercise and progression. Monthly Fee: $20/Members; $40/Non-members.
HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS – December 23, 26, 27 and 30
Drop your child off with our instructors and staff for three fun-filled hours of organized pool time, gym activities, and crafts. Children will learn about the importance of exercise, healthy eating, screen time, and more during the program. This program is for children age 5-10. Register at the YMCA by December 17. Held 9 am to 12 pm; December 23, 26, 27 and 30. $10/Members and $20/Non-members (Price includes all four days).
3rd & 4th GRADE BASKETBALL PROGRAM — Register by January 27
YMCA basketball is a fundamental, participation based program for boys and girls in 3th and 4th grade. Practices and games will be held Saturdays at the YMCA. Registration is required by January 27. Practices and games begin February 1. All players receive t-shirts. Saturdays, February 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and March 7, 14, 21. $27/Members; $47/Non-members. $5 late registration fee after January 27.
PARENT & ME JAMBOREE
This movement and music class is for toddlers age 1-3 years old and their caregiver. Toddlers and their parent/caregiver will participate in interactive games and organized gross motor activities while interacting with other children and parents. Held Thursdays; 10:30—11:15 am. January 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. Monthly Fee:$10/Members; $20/Non-members.
SEVENTH GRADE INITIATIVE—2020
A totally free YMCA Membership for all 7th Graders! Bring your school ID or report card to claim your membership. Offer good for those currently in 7th grade.
GYM & SWIM (January & February only)
Gym & Swim is a beginner gym activities and swimming program for preschool children ages 3-5. Children begin with 30 minutes of diverse activities in the gym followed by a 30 minute beginner swim lesson. Hint: Girls wear swimsuits for gymnastics and boys wear swim trunks and t-shirts. Sign up by the first of the month. Tuesdays 5:00—6:05 pm. $20/month for Members; $40/month for Non-members.

CHILD WATCH—FREE FOR MEMBERS
For children ages 8 months-7 years while you work out at the YMCA! Child Watch is available at the YMCA facility for children ages 8 months through 7 years old, while their parents are using YMCA facilities. Parents must remain inside the YMCA. Child watch is FREE for YMCA members and just $2.00 per child/per visit for non-members. *Limited space is available and is on a first-come basis.

- *Child Watch will end at 7:00 pm if no children are present.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
The Y provides care for your student in grades K-6 Before School, After School and Out of School days. Care is available before and after school as well as full day care during school holidays, Act 80 days, snow days and early dismissals. CHRISTMAS COOKIE EXCHANGE
Tuesday, December 17 1:30—2:30 pm and Saturday, December 21 10:00—11:00 am. Bring three dozen of the same type of cookie and go home with three dozen of a variety of cookies. Enter to win a holiday door prize. Refreshments will be served. Register at the front desk by December 13.
12 DAYS OF FIT’MAS — Held in December—Free for Members!
Add this challenge to finish your workout. The workout goes just like the song. Your trainer has given you an additional exercise each day to build your Fit’mas for 12 days. Complete the challenge by December 25 to earn a gift. Be sure to sign your name on Santa’s Fit List once completed. Register at the front desk.
MARDI GRAS SWIM FOR THE BEADS
Laissez les bon temps rouler! 90,000 pounds of beads were found in New Orleans during Mardi Gras last year. Can you swim 90 laps a week, totaling 360 in the four-week challenge? Voyons voir! If you complete the lap challenge, you will receive a $10 gift card. Register by January 24. Start: January 28; Complete: February 25 (Mardi Gras). $10 for Members/$20 Non-Members
LAZY MAN TRIATHLON — February 10—March 23
There is nothing lazy about this triathlon! You will have six weeks to run or walk 26.2 miles, row or swim 2.5 miles, and bike or elliptical 112 miles. Earn a t-shirt for completing the challenge! $15/Members.
CPR/AED/FIRST AID CERTIFICATION CLASS
Get certified in Adult, Infant & Child CPR, AED and First Aid at the YMCA! Classes are taught by Dr. Amy Shannonhouse. 4:30—9:00 pm on December 2, 2019 or January 6, 2020. $30 Fee—Open to Public!
MEMBER LUNCHEONS
Join your friends for lunch. This winter, our members are invited to a luncheon hosted at the YMCA one Thursday a month. Members can bring their favorite side dish or dessert to share.

CARDIO AQUA WITH SUSAN
This high energy cardio class focuses on stretching, toning, muscle strengthening, and cardiovascular exercises while using water resistance and equipment. This class is easily modified for various levels and offers a fun atmosphere. Tuesday & Friday 10:30am — 11:45am; Monthly Fee: FREE for YMCA Members; $40/Non-members; $7 drop in fee per class for Non-members.
AQUA SPLASH
This energizing water workout will keep your heart rate up and your muscles moving. This class is fast-paced but easily modified for all ability levels. Join in for a great workout! Monday & Wednesday 5 pm—6:00 pm; Monday & Thursday 12:00—1:00 pm; Monthly Fee: FREE for YMCA Members; $27/Non-members; $5 drop-in fee per class for Non-members.
ADULT PRIVATE LESSONS
We offer private lessons for adults. Sign up at the front desk. We offer flexible lesson times and will work hard to schedule times that work best for you. Our private lessons are offered as four 30 minute lessons a month; once per week. Monthly Fee: $60 for members/$80 for non-members. Register at any time during the month.
ADULT GROUP EXERCISE PACKAGE
Attend any combination of classes during each monthly session for $15 for YMCA Members or $50 for Non-Members. Or, drop-in to any class for $5 each.
PERSONAL TRAINING/ PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get results now. Work one-on-one or in a small group (2-4 people) with a Certified Personal Trainer to get the results you want. Our trainers are professionally accredited, experienced, and knowledgeable. Their expertise will enhance your ability to reach new levels in your personal fitness and well-being. This is a great way to add direction, accountability, and unlimited access to fitness advice and motivation. $28 YMCA Member, $40 non-members per one hour session.
PERSONAL PROGRAM DESIGN
Have a custom program designed around your goals and fitness level. Our Certified Personal Trainers will assess your abilities and design an appropriate program to meet your goals. Each program is designed for 4-6 weeks. The program upgrade is used in the progression of your wellness journey. Cost is per 4-6 week program: Initial Design: $75 Upgrades: $25 *Personal training sessions purchased separately.
FREE SMART START PROGRAM
Smart Start is a program that provides you with the tools and knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals. The program is customized to your needs and will help you set attainable goals to provide the ongoing support necessary for your success. In three short meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out. In just a few sessions, you will gain the tools and resources to help you succeed. This service is available to for members ages 12 and up. Younger ages can be approved by our Branch Director.

ARTHRITIS AQUATICS
Classes are low impact, often utilize floatation aids and are tailored to support the needs of those enrolled. Ease your joints in our warm pool! Instructor is certified through the Arthritis Foundation. Wednesdays and Fridays 12 pm—1 pm; Monthly Fee: FREE for YMCA Members; $27/Non-members; $5 drop-in fee per class for Non-members.
SENIOR SPLASH WITH RENEE
Activate your urge for variety. Senior Splash offers fun, shallow water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. Level can be easily modified and will help with balance, strength and coordination. Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 am – 10:15 am; Monthly Fee: FREE/Members; $27/non-member; $5 drop in fee per class for Non-members.
SilverSneakers Classic (Beginner)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Monday and Wednesday 10:30-11:20 am
Senior on the Ball (Intermediate)
For the senior who needs more of a challenge. This class includes a variety of muscular strength and range of movement activities all done while seated on a stability ball. If you prefer, you may sit in a chair rather than on the ball. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30-10:20 am
Senior Strength & Stability (Intermediate)
This class is designed to increase strength, balance, coordination, agility, endurance, and flexibility. Each class consists of a full body workout with the use of bands, hand weights, medicine balls, and your own body weight for resistance exercises. A stability ball and chair are also available if needed. Each class also includes stretches for increased range of motion and movement exercises for balance and agility. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 — 9:50 am.
Senior Step Up (Advanced)
For the senior who needs a “step above” the Senior on the Ball class. Class includes cardio, strength and flexibility training all in a low-impact class. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00-9:00 am.
SilverSneakers Yoga
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Fridays 10:30-11:20 am.
HEALTHY FRIENDS REHABILITATION
The YMCA Healthy Friends program is a supervised fitness program available for clients who have sustained an injury, illness, cardiac event and require supervised care. This program benefits those who have completed a supervised therapy program and are looking to transition into a gym setting to stay strong and active. Healthy Friends meets 2 days per week for 75 minutes per day. Please register at the YMCA or 814-764-3400. Monthly Fee: $20/Member; $60/Non-Members

This group meets once a month at the County Seat Restaurant in downtown Clarion at 8 am. Join us the last Friday of every month! Call the YMCA to let us know you will attend. The YMCA makes the reservations.

Connect within the community and try and win some money! This is a great opportunity to make some new friends, have fun and enjoy playing a game. Y Bingo includes 10 games, a $50/50 raffle, and a weekly jackpot chance. Bingo meets on Wednesdays at 1 pm in the Multipurpose Room from 1—2:30 pm. Wednesdays at 1 pm. Open to the Public. $10/Card.
